Welcome to the Genomic Intelligence blog
Why we are opening up how we build genome-scale AI — and what you can expect to read here.
We build genome-scale AI: ultra-long-context foundation models that read DNA and predict how it behaves. Until now, most of that work lived in papers, internal docs, and the occasional conference talk. This blog is where we start sharing it in the open.
What you’ll find here
- Model science — what our architectures learn about regulatory logic, and how we evaluate them.
- Engineering — the inference infrastructure behind the
/v1API: how we serve long-context models on a single GPU, keep latency predictable, and ship safely. - Product — how the DNA Analysis Platform turns a raw sequence into a decision.
Who we are
We’re a small, interdisciplinary team spanning AI, wet-lab biology, and systems engineering. Small enough that whoever trained the model often wrote the serving code too, and is now writing the post about it.
If a topic here sparks a question or a collaboration idea, reach out. We’d love to hear what you’re working on.
