Promoter Atlas
A gene therapy is more than its therapeutic gene: the promoter decides where, when, and how much of the drug is made. Name the cell your therapeutic gene has to work in and the cell it has to stay quiet in, and our models screen thousands of natural and designed promoters in silico — returning a short, prioritised set of sequences with predicted expression in each context, the target-versus-off-target difference, synthesis checks, and files ready for construct design.

Candidates are selected for strong target-cell expression and low off-target activity, not for raw strength.

The broad search happens in software, so one focused validation cycle replaces several build-test rounds.
